Introduction
Dear customer, now you have an access to ATM service offered by Khan bank.
“ATM /automated teller machine/” allows you to withdraw cash from the card, to check your balance and change PIN code. Everything you need is to know you password /PIN code-personal identification number/ which allows you to do the transactions.
You are capable to receive the above services through Khan bank ATMs for 24 hours a day.
When using ATM:
- You need to possess Khan bank VISA card;
- Your card should not be invalid and it should not be expired;
- You need to know your card PIN code. In case of repeated 3 times erroneous PIN code entry ATM will automatically collect your card;
- The minimum level of one time cash withdrawal is MNT 1000, the maximum level is MNT 800.000;
- In case of not collecting the card and cash within 30 seconds by the customer ATM will automatically collect them;
- Transaction will occur according to ATM screen instructions;
- Please wait for the transaction to be completed;
- If you have issues related to ATM please contact Khan bank inquiry number 1917 or approach the nearest Khan bank branch;
