Mission

To support community development in Mongolia and to foster positive and meaningful improvements to people’s lives.

Formally established in 2007, the Khan Bank Foundation administers funding support to programs aimed at educational and cultural advancement, assisting the socially and physically disadvantaged, and regional community development.

The Khan Bank Foundation is wholly a part of Khan Bank, and it is managed by a manager under the oversight of a board of directors appointed from senior management within the bank. 


Objectives of the Khan Bank Foundation

•    To deliver and reinforce the bank’s commitment to benefit society.
•    To provide an organized and professional structure for the management and delivery of the bank’s community support programs.

The Khan Bank Foundation has a Charter and it identifies the following priority areas:

•    Education.
•    Mitigating social and physical disadvantages.
•    Arts and culture.
•    Community development, including environmental protection initiatives.
