Required documents for companies registered in Mongolia:

1. Official letter requesting to open an account
2. Notice on opening and closing of accounts by legal entity (provided by Tax Authority)
3. Copy of State Registration Certificate
4. Completed "Account opening application form" with notarized signature specimen part

If the company is not registered in Mongolia, the bank opens accounts on case by case basis, which requires additional KYC documents such as (but not limited to) bank reference, annual report, company charter and letter from Mongolian partner.
