Mortgage term deposit
The purpose of this product is to support Mongolians who live and work in Korea in purchasing houses or apartments. This service is available after a certain amount of funds have been deposited in the term deposit account by the customer.
Deposit characteristics:
- Deposit transactions at your convenience.
- Non-cash interest rate payment upon deposit maturity.
- Make withdrawals within 14 days after deposit maturity.
- Automatic renewal upon account maturity.
- Deposit account can be used as collateral for bank loans.
- Min balance: None.
- Currency: MNT.
- Term: 180 days.
- Annual interest fee: 5.4 %.
- Reduced interest rate: 2.4 %.
Required documents:
- Completed "Account opening application form" of Khan Bank.
- Personal ID/ Passport.
