SMS Bill Payment Service
The service enables post-paid mobile phone subscribers to pay internet fee and phone bills and pre-paid subscribers to purchase regular and international calling cards by sending SMS to 131917. Flypay is available for Khan bank customers that are also subscribers of Unitel and Skytel, mobile phone operators. Payments are billed to customers’ current, demand, deposit or card account with Khan bank.

Enter the price of calling card following Т, SMART or CHINA
Enter the validity of card /in number of days/ following the letter D
Enter the payment amount following the letter В
Enter the amount of internet fee following NET
Enter the modem or internet account number following the letter N
Enter the user authentication security code following Р
Important:
If your cell phone automatically stores outgoing messages, please make sure you delete each message sent to 131917. This is intended to prevent a third party from gaining access to your security code that authenticates your identity and making unauthorized purchases using your phone.
