Outgoing remittances:
- The transfer funds can be either paid in cash or debited from current accounts.

1. Beneficiary’s bank name, branch address and beneficiary’s name written in Chinese characters must be attached for any CNY transfers. Note: This does not apply to transfers made by cardholders of Agricultural Bank of China.
2. To clearly specify the “Transfer description”
3. The following activities are prohibited in accordance with laws and regulations of China:
- To make transfer from a company to an individual in China
- To disburse a transfer exceeding USD 50,000.00 to an individual.

Russia
|
The following additional information is required for RUB transfers:
1. BIK code-Russian bank code, 9 digits
2. Clearing account number of Beneficiary’s bank, 20 digits
3. INN number- taxpayer number
4. VO code or a code that classifies the transfer

- In some cases, the transfer goes through an intermediary bank before reaching beneficiary’s bank. In such case, the intermediary bank charges can be paid as follows:
- deducted from the amount of transfer (codeword BEN)
- to pay the fee to Khan Bank in advance, please refer to Fee Schedule for International Remittance of Khan Bank for details on the guaranteed OUR or non-guaranteed OUR charges.

Incoming remittances:
- You can receive funds from abroad in the following ways:
- Transfer can be credited to a current and or deposit account denominated in the same currency as of the transfer.
- Collect the transfer at a Khan bank branch
- You may receive funds in your current or deposit account denominated in a currency different from that of the transfer by using Khan bank foreign exchange service. Depending on the currency and amount of transfer, you may negotiate an exchange rate with Khan bank dealers. In order to do so, please contact:

- To receive funds from abroad, please use Inward Payment Instruction form and select by the currency in which you wish to collect the transfer from our correspondent banks.
- Please provide Khan bank current or deposit account numbers as well as name of the account in their corresponding fields provided in the Inward Payment Instruction form in the following events:
- When collecting transfer funds in an account denominated in the same currency as that of the transfer.
- When collecting transfer funds in an account denominated in a currency different from that of the transfer (the transfer funds will be converted at Khan bank’s exchange rate of the particular day)
- If recipient’s account is a corporate account
- Please provide code of Khan bank branch at which you will receive funds, your full name and ID card number in corresponding fields provided in Inward Payment Instruction form in the following events:
- If the recipient does not have an account denominated in the same currency of the transfer and wish to collect in cash in the currency of transfer funds
- If the recipient is an individual
