Khan bank ATMs are available 24/7.

Cardholders may withdraw cash, check their account balance and make transfers using any Khan bank card at our ATMs.  To do this, all you need to know is your personal identification number (PIN).

Please note the following when using ATMs:
•    You need to be a Khan bank Visa card holder to access ATMs
•    Please ensure your card is not damaged or expired
•    You need to know your card PIN.  If you enter it incorrectly 3 times, your card will be locked in by the ATM
•    The minimum cash withdrawal amount is 1,000 MNT, and the maximum is 800,000 MNT
•    ATMs will retract the card and the dispensed cash if not collected within 30 seconds
•    Transactions are performed in the order specified on the АТМ screen
•    Please wait until your transaction is complete
•    If you have any problems with ATM’s please call 1917 or come to the nearest Khan bank office.
