The Bank’s shareholders are Sawada Holdings Co.Ltd, the Tavan Bogd Group of Companies of Ulaanbaatar, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Development Alternatives, Inc. (DAI) and Morrow Family Trust. IFC is an arm of the World Bank. DAI has a management contract with the Bank.
The Board of Directors of Khan Bank, consists of Mr. Hideo Sawada a President and CEO, Sawada Holdings Co., Ltd., Mr. Yoshiaki Mishima Director, Sawada Holdings Co., Ltd., Mrs. D. Khulan an executive director of the Tavan Bogd Group of Companies, Mr. Hiroshi Arichi, Director of IFC’s Tokyo office, and Mr. J. Peter Morrow, the Bank’s Chief Executive Officer.
